Ai-Deas ได้รับความท้าทายในการออกแบบร้านอาหารภายในอาคาร 4 ชั้น ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันของประเภทอาหาร แต่คงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่เหมือนกัน
โดย Ai-Deas ดึงความเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของเมืองญี่ปุ่นมาเล่าเรื่องด้วยขนาด ลวดลาย บรรยากาศ และเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะบริบท ซึ่งอาศัย Concept ของยุค EDO (ยุคที่มีความเฟื่ิองฟูทางศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรมสูงที่สุดยุคหนึ่งของญี่ปุ่น) มาประยุกต์ใช้และนำเสนอ
Little Edo โครงการขนาด 4 ชั้นที่รวบรวมร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นหลากหลายสไตล์เข้ามาไว้อยู่ในอาคารเดียวกันตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเส้นถนนเกษตรนวมินทร์แหล่งที่รวบรวมร้านอาหารระดับหรูหราไว้ด้วยกันมาก ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งรูปแบบการรวบรวมร้านอาหารหลากหลายสไตล์เข้ามาไว้อยู่ในอาคารเดียวกันแบบ Standalone เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่เคยเกิดขึ้นมาก่อนในย่านนี้
ยุค Edo คือยุคของการตกแต่งอาคารบ้านเรือนที่มีความเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของความเป็นญี่ปุ่นมากที่สุดยุคหนึ่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการใช้วัสดุในการตกแต่งหน้าตาอาคารบ้านเรือนสมัยนั้นรวมไปถึงรายละเอียดของบ้านหน้าต่างและประตูทางเข้าอาคารที่มีความวิจิตรบรรจงในเรื่องของการต่อไม้หรือลายฉลุต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นบนไม้แต่ละแผ่นได้อย่างสวยงามและลงตัว แต่ในขณะเดียวกันในยุคสมัยดังกล่าว ยังมีเอกลักษณ์ที่แฝงไว้อยู่ภายในเมืองไว้อย่างมากมายไม่ว่าจะเป็นในเรื่องของธรรมชาติเช่นแม่น้ำที่ไหลผ่านเมืองหรือสวนแบบญี่ปุ่นโบราณหรือที่เราเรียกกันว่าสวน ZEN จึงทำให้ Core Concept ที่ใช้เมือง Edo เข้ามาผสมผสานในการออกแบบนั้นมีสีสันและความหลากหลายในการสร้างสรรค์ไอเดียการออกแบบได้อย่างมากมายและไม่จำเจ
ในส่วนของการขึ้น Concept ที่ใช้ในการอออกแบบภายในอาคารแต่ละชั้นทั้งหมด ทาง Ai-deas ได้เริ่มต้นแนวคิดด้วยกันแบ่งย่อยรายละเอียด concept การออกแบบในแต่ละชั้นให้มีความแตกต่างกันแต่ยังยึดความเป็นมาจากเมือง Edo อยู่ โดยไล่เรียงหลักแนวคิดจากขนาดความยิ่งใหญ่ของเมือง Edo โบราณให้เข้ามาไว้อยู่ในอาคารเดียวกันได้โดยลำดับจาก อาคาร Cafe ที่ใช้แนวคิดของแม่น้ำ (River) และภายในอาคารชั้น 1 ที่มีความเป็นเมือง (City) ชั้น 2 หมู่บ้านตรอกซอกซอย (Village) ชั้น 3 อาคารบ้านพักอาศัย (Mansion) ชั้น 4 สวนภายในบ้านเรือน (Garden) โดยการไล่เรียงทั้งหมดจะเปรียบเสมือนเป็นการเล่าเรื่อง การเดินทางและบรรยากาศภายในเมืองในยุคของญี่ปุ่นโบราณ
โดยในแต่ละชั้นการออกแบบภายในจะถูกตีความไม่เหมือนกันเพื่อให้เกิดความหลากหลายให้กับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการได้รู้สึกถึงบรรยากาศที่ถูกสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมาแบบไม่จำเจและไม่น่าเบื่อ เพื่อสร้างความอยากกลับมาใช้บริการในส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้ไปในการกลับมาครั้งหน้า โดยในแต่ละชั้นจะถูกแบ่งประเภทของร้านอาหารที่แตกต่างกันออกไปด้วย
ชั้น 1 เป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นแบบร่วมสมัยซึ่งจะเป็นร้านอาหารหลักของโครงการที่จำลององค์ประกอบต่างๆในการตกแต่งมาจากเมือง Edo โบราณ เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศต้อนรับให้กับลูกค้าก่อนที่จะเดินทางไปยังส่วนต่างๆภายในอาคาร

The Little Edo project is a 4-storey building that brings together a variety of Japanese restaurants in one building, located in the heart of Kaset Nawamin Road, where many luxury restaurants are gathered together. One of the best in Bangkok The form of gathering various styles of restaurants into one standalone building is something that has never happened before in this area. It is therefore a problem that Ai-deas is challenged to design the style of each restaurant inside the building to have its own uniqueness. But there must be unity by using the Core Concpet as the main control of all identities, that is the Concept of being an ancient Japanese city in the EDO era.
The Edo period was one of the most characteristic Japanese eras for the decoration of buildings. Whether it is the use of materials for decorating the face of the building at that time, including the details of the house, window and entrance to the building that is exquisite in terms of wood or stencils that occur on each sheet. beautifully and perfectly But at the same time in that era There are still many hidden characteristics in the city, whether in terms of nature, such as a river that flows through the city or an ancient Japanese garden, or what we call the ZEN garden, thus making the Core Concept that uses the city of Edo come into the mix. In the design, there is a lot of color and diversity in creating many design ideas and not being monotonous.
In terms of building up the concept that is used to design the interior of each floor, Ai-deas has started the concept by dividing the details of the design concept in each floor to be different but still sticking to the background. Edo City is arranged by arranging the concept from the size of the ancient Edo city into one building in order from the Cafe building that uses the concept of the river (River) and within the 1st floor building that has a city ( City), 2nd floor, village, alleys (Village), 3rd floor, mansion, 4th floor, garden in the house (Garden), all of which are sorted like a narrative. Travel and urban atmosphere in the era of ancient Japan
In each layer, the interior design will be interpreted differently in order to create a variety of customers who come to use the service, feel the atmosphere that is created without monotony and not boring. in order to create the desire to come back to use the service in the part that has not been in the next return Each floor is divided into different types of restaurants. The first floor will be a contemporary Japanese restaurant that will be the main restaurant of the project, reproducing various elements of the decoration from the ancient Edo city to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers before moving to the various parts of the building. And when coming to the second floor, even though it's a VIP room for the shop's special customers, this floor is decorated and interpreted from the style of a Japanese village, creating a contrast between the city first floor and the upper floor. Two are smaller villages, but still clearly retain the identity of an ancient Japanese city. This design concept will allow customers to feel the connection between each floor that has a meaning to each other. It is like traveling to different places in Little Edo.
The third floor or grill restaurant (Yakiniku) will be designed to be more warm and friendly for customers who come in the form of a family with the decoration of a traditional Japanese house style but with a contemporary touch. to respond to the family in modern times, such as Bringing the pattern of Japanese clothes or tatami (Tatami) that was used in Japanese homes in the past, applied to the pattern of the ceiling decoration and the pattern of the dining table to convey the feeling of a home and a shared dining room. of people in Japanese families
And finally, on the fourth floor will be the Omakase restaurant, which is the most private part of the project with limited tables and a closed restaurant. This has the most luxury and aesthetics in the building. As a result, the restaurant in this section will be surrounded by a Japanese gravel garden (Zen Garden) decorated on the original roof of the building, which will be directly connected to the dining room, allowing customers to enjoy the service. with the atmosphere of the Japanese garden as fully and privately as possible
The whole design is under the concept of contemporary design from the Ai-deas team so that the overall atmosphere of the building is not too much like a replica of an ancient Japanese building, which will make it incompatible with the current era that customers Most of them want luxury and difference. from many other options in Bangkok It is therefore no surprise that the Little Edo Building is one of the most distinctive and comprehensive Japanese restaurant projects in one of the most diverse cities.
